Grief is love.
Many people don’t go into the office at all anymore, and others 1-3 times per week. This blurs the lines between family life and work life, and can stir up intense feelings of loneliness and isolation. There’s a deep sense of grief around “the way things used to be” before Covid. The gathering in offices at work, the lunch dates, and drinks after hours.

Am I depressed?
Do you feel at ease, relaxed, and happy most of the time, anxious and angry, or sad and depressed? Or a combination of states? How do we find safety and security in a time when our bodies are responding to its need for survival?

How do we balance the needs of our children with the demands of our jobs? How do we strengthen our relationship with our partners when we’re in each other’s space all the time? And most importantly, how do we take care of ourselves, when we are never alone??
